Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 8  a.m until 5 p.m. However, with our online SmartHub® App, you are able to manage your account 24/7 to watch your power usage, pay your bill or even report a power outage. And, we also know that, while it is rare, there are sometimes outages that effect both your power supply and sometimes your cable and internet service. Rest assured that  there is help available around the clock to get your life back on track if things aren’t working.
